I realize that my blog is quickly becoming a Weight Watchers self help guide and I’m kind of okay with that. It’s been nice to just talk about meals and menu strategy like the good ‘ol days, but this time I’m using less butter. Who am I kidding? I’m barely using olive oil. It’s the truth. To get this post started, I’m focusing on “the tostada.” I have found that the Charras Baked Tostadas (of which I’ve heard many of you say you can’t find and I’m really sorry about that) are saving me some pounds.
