I’m just going to blame everything on Cornbread Dressing until the holidays are over. The minute I had my first bite of dressing at Thanksgiving, I’ve been craving casseroles. Rice, noodles, cream sauce, mushrooms, green peas, leftover turkey, more cream sauce, cheese, more cheese. Surely you are picking up what I’m putting down by now. In this casserole dream there are no points involved, so my apologies to folks on Weight Watchers. Do not follow my bad, bad, bad example.
