Listen, sometimes you want a meatball. Actually, you want a meatball sub. Then you remember that every meatball equals some kind of point in the Weight Watcher world. Well, that’s where food blog inspiration comes in. I found my meatball inspiration on www.laaloosh.com when I found her Light Italian Meatballs recipe.  It was super easy to make and I got it on the table in less than 45 minutes start to finish.
