Remember when I told you I’d post what I was planning to do with this?
Well after making some of Skinnytaste’s Blue Cheese Dressing and stuffing the chicken in a lettuce wrap, I ended up with Skinnytaste’s Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap.
I remember making this recipe a while back and being impressed and it did not disappoint this time either. Total Freestyle Points: 2 (I used full fat mayo instead of fat free because…life is supposed to be fulfilling).
